As experts in landslide stabilization, LGCs' services are highly prized. LGC is either the consultant of record or is serving as third party reviewer for the local jurisdictions on projects involving the four largest landslides in Orange County currently under development. Due to rapid growth and rising land costs, areas that in previous years were seen as not cost effective to develop due to landslide stability issues are now being developed.
